I absolutely adore Danielle and her work – I Am Her Tribe. She radiates love and connection through every poetic word she shares on her Instagram. I’m sure a lot of my readers will already be huge lovers of Danielle, but if you haven’t come across her, it’s an absolute honour to introduce you to her today:
I am an artist, yoga entrepreneur and founder of a community known as I Am Her Tribe. Everything that I do is a direct extension of my heart space. My purpose in life is to connect people to their feelings by way of breath, body, poetry or spoken word. Every day I wake up committed to creating a space where emotions and experiences aren’t shamed or hidden—they are openly shared + celebrated.
What’s your morning routine?
4:30am: 10 min minimum meditation—it sets the tone for my energy + focus.
5am: warm water + lemon and chicory tea w/ unsweetened hemp milk—sacred rituals
6am: yoga practice—if not in the studio, it is a home practice.
7am: small breakfast
8am: gym. Regardless of what my training is for the day, I row 2k meters to warm up. I have a wild love affair with rowing.
9/9:30am: second small breakfast
10am: work/emails/meetings whatever my schedule has planned for me.
